Featuring Quadcore Cortex™ A7 processor, USB, serial, digital I/O, WiFi, Mic+Line I/O. Barix can provide the IPAM400 OEM with a Yocto image with advanced firmware download and recovery functions.


The IP Audio Module (IPAM) 400 is a powerful universal, standalone, Linux based IP Audio function block, which can be easily embedded into OEM products and programmed with the programming language of your choice including C++, LUA and PHYTON. Supporting a vast range of protocols, codecs and interfaces and providing on board memory as well as a μSD card slot, the module is ideal for all audio related applications such as VoIP, IP intercom and paging as well as high quality music distribution.

10/100 Mbit Ethernet port, three USB interfaces a variety of I/Os as well as a serial and WiFi interface are provided. The Quadcore Cortex™ A7 processor allows for very fast encoding and packet handling and is performant enough to support all advanced security end encryption requirements.

IPAM400 OEM IPAM400 OEM comes without uSD card.
Barix provides a development environment where customers can program their own applications on the IPAM400.
The programming environment provides a Linux Yocto environment with a demo implementation of as simple PJSIP client and a simple stream player.
No Barix provided Firmware for IPAM400 runs on these IPAM OEM modules.
IPAM400 FLEXA FLEXA is the BARIX cloud configuration and application distribution platform.
When Barix is contracted to do a customer specific app for the client, then Barix might do it on FLEXA.
Also clients might want to develop their own FLEXA application.
This is when the IPAM400 FLEXA is required. IPAM400 FLEXA comes with 8GB μSD card and pre-installed image.
IPAM400 SIP OPUS The SIP OPUS Firmware is a full featured SIP implementation.
This firmware is running on the MA400 SIP OPUS codec standard product.
It is signed against the IPAM400.
The IPAM400 is licensed to run SIP OPUS Firmware.
